By scheduling or receiving services from TrueCoat Detailing LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Agreement

All services are preformed to the best of our ability and based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service

Heavily soiled vehicles (excessive pet hair, stains, or biohazards) may incur additional charges. We'll always discuss this with you before proceeding.​

Our services do not include body repairs or mechanical work.
Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

If weather or equipment issues prevent us from completing the service, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost.
Liability

We are fully insured and take great care with every vehicle. However, TrueCoat Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, clear coat failure, or damage due to rust, poor paint, or aftermarket parts not disclosed during inspection.

Customers are responsible for removing valuables from the vehicle prior to service. (Including center counsel, glove box, trunk, etc.)
