Every quote request is personally reviewed by Nick — typically within a few hours during business days, and always within 24 hours. If you submit in the evening or on a Sunday, you'll hear back first thing the next business morning.

It depends on the service and vehicle. TrueCoat Signature takes 3–5 hours. TrueCoat Elite typically requires 5–8 hours and may be split across two days for the deepest correction work.

No — most of our clients work from home, head to the office, or run errands while we detail. We just need access to your vehicle and a flat surface to park on (driveway, parking lot, garage).

We monitor the forecast closely. Light rain or cold won't stop us — we have full coverage equipment. For heavy rain, snow, or extreme conditions, we'll proactively reach out the day before to reschedule at no charge.

Because every car is different. A sedan with a clean interior is a completely different job than a family SUV with pet hair, or a truck that's been off-roading. Listing flat prices would either shortchange clients with simple jobs or undercut the work for clients with complex ones. Personalized pricing means you pay for exactly what your car needs — nothing more, nothing less.
